A.W. Schultz is a scholar, consultant, Amazon best-selling author, and TEDx international keynote speaker. A.W. works with those in asset management within the manufacturing communities. Specializing in improving performance and sustainability within smart factories or robust asset care programs. 

Having supported some of the largest manufacturing companies in the world, from foods, chemicals, oil and gas, medical devices, steel, cosmetics, and mining. With a unique ability to coach individuals and teams, empowering them to reach their full potential. Recognizing that effective leadership is pivotal to success, A.W. prioritizes the development of strong managerial skills and creates tailored programs to foster growth at all levels of an organization.
